If you are looking for a realtor who will represent you and your interests, then look no further than AYS Realty. I can’t begin to tell you everything Nirav did to help us purchase our home. No detail is too little, no question is too much for him to answer. Given the market in Vegas it took us almost 6 months to finally get an offer accepted – losing house after house to full price offers. Nirav never let us get discouraged and never let us over bid. Buying and finding a house at the top of the market was not an easy task. Nirav was very professional as well as personal.  My stresses were high and my criteria needed to be met because I have a big family.  Nirav is not only a fantastic realtor, but he is also an excellent support system.
